Returns & Refunds policy

We understand that purchasing a candle is a subjective matter. Our customers may view and smell scents differently. Our goal is to provide the most accurate description of each scent and fragrance that each candle, wax melt and room freshener produces.

Because of the subjective nature of buying candles, we do not offer refunds on your purchase. All sales are final.

Conditions for replacements:

In the event that your candle is damaged in shipment or damaged upon arrival, we will be happy to replace your candle at no charge to you. Every care will be taken to make sure that your product is delivered with care. High quality packaging will be used to protect the contents of your purchase. We will take pictures of all products sent before they are mailed to ensure that our packing is done correctly. Those pictures can be provided to you upon request.

Once your product is mailed, we cannot take responsibility for the actions taken by the postal carrier during shipment or while your product is enroute to your home

  • Proof of damage will need to be sent to us before a replacement candle is sent out.

  • In some cases, the damage candle may need to be returned to us at no cost to you.
